Complaints Procedure

At Town Street Dental, we take all complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

Our goal is to learn from our mistakes and respond to patients' concerns in a caring and sensitive way.

How to make a complaint

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the dentists or any of the staff working at this practice, please let us know.

Initial Contact: Speak to our Practice Manager, who is our designated Complaints Manager. They will often be able to resolve the issue immediately.

Written Complaint: If you prefer to write, you can send an email or letter. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing and enclose a copy of this code of practice as soon as possible, normally within 3 working days.

Investigation: We will investigate the complaint and provide a full written response within 20 working days. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed of the progress.
